How do we get started?
We are onboarding businesses directly while self-serve sign-up opens. Tell us about your business and we will set up your account with you.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
How do we pay?
During early access our team sets up billing with each account, including invoice billing: contact us.
What counts as an active link?
Any link that is turned on. Turn a link off or retire it and it no longer counts. QR codes and posters for a link do not count separately.
Who counts as a team member?
Everyone on your account, whatever their role, plus invites that are still open.
Do the people we send pay anything?
No. Nothing to ColdCredit, and freezing or unfreezing at Equifax, TransUnion and Experian is free under federal law.
